Orthotics
Commonly known as insoles, foot orthotics help support the foot structure, offload areas of high pressure, and improve biomechanics, reduce pain and improve sport performance. For some patients the benefits of foot orthotics may be felt all the way up in the back. At The Spot Rehab, our orthotics are made fully custom to your sport, profession and individual specific needs. We go through a meticulous assessment process and follow up appointments to ensure our product performs perfectly.

Bracing
At the Spot Rehab, we can have any custom brace manufactured to manage an injury or ailment. We begin with a thorough health history and orthopedic examination. Once the initial assessment is completed, a specific type of brace can then be prescribed/recommended and precise measurements can be taken in order to fabricate a fully customized brace. For best results, wearing a custom braces/support is often recommended as part of an overall treatment plan with one of our Chiropractors, Physiotherapists or Athletic Therapists.

Compression
Spider veins, varicose veins and thromboses are very common and can have various different causes. There are many reasons for while these changes occur: genetic predisposition, hormonal changes and/or age-related weakness of the connective tissue are contributing factors. Other common factors include being overweight, smoking or a sedentary lifestyle. You can actively influence the risks with compression.
